Opening words
How long has it been since words convinced you so completely that facts became secondary — or that a single conversation brought absolute clarity and tangible impact?
How we communicate matters more than what we communicate. Think back: when did a conversation last truly convince you? When did words reach you so deeply that facts suddenly became secondary? In the daily grind, that rarely happens. Instead we usually experience the opposite: misunderstandings, unclear messages, unspoken tension that slows success down. That's exactly where Sarvon comes in.
My name is Dominik Allgeier, and I founded Sarvon because I kept seeing the same thing: expertise gets people to the door, personality opens it. Over many years coaching leaders and consultants, I've learned that the key to success lies in communication.
"Expertise brings people to the door. Personality opens it.
Our trainings are different. No dry theory, no boring slides, no surface-level tips. Instead we create living learning spaces where people experience real progress. We work with practical examples, methods that actually work, and above all an atmosphere that challenges — and is fun.
What makes Sarvon different? We adapt to you, not the other way around. No rigid concepts, but individually tailored programs that meet you exactly where you and your team need it.

„We've had many trainings. Sarvon is the first where the impact was still there on Monday morning — and still there three months later."
