What is the optimal group size?

Our trainings rely on interaction, hands-on exercises and individual feedback. To safeguard that quality we recommend a maximum group size of 6 participants. That way every person stays actively involved, gets enough space to practise and receives concrete, personal feedback.

Are sessions on-site or online?

Our trainings are run on-site by default — either at your premises or in an external seminar room. Presence is a core part of what we teach. On request we complement programs with online modules, for example for preparation, follow-up or one-on-one coaching.

In which languages do you deliver?

By default in Swiss German. On request we also run trainings in English.

How is the success of a training measured?

We define concrete goals and success criteria with you before the training. Success is measured against behaviour change in everyday work, feedback from participants and their managers, and — where it makes sense — operational KPIs such as close rates, customer feedback or conflict trends. On request we also support you after the training with transfer conversations.

How hands-on is the content?

Very. We work consistently with real situations from your everyday work — customer talks, negotiations, conflicts, meetings. Role-plays, live cases and structured feedback are part of every training. Theory only provides the frame — the practice happens on real examples.

Yes. Every training is tailored to your company, your industry and the specific target group. We start with a briefing, clarify goals and pain points, and develop a program from there that works exactly where it needs to.

Do you also offer one-on-one coaching?

Yes. For leaders, sales people and project leads who want to work on their presence and conversation skills specifically, we offer individual coaching programs — on-site, hybrid or fully remote.

What is said in the training room stays in the training room. On request we work with an explicit NDA. Content from case work, role plays and coaching is only ever used anonymised and exclusively to keep developing the program internally.

Three levers we recommend: First, create shared language — clear terms, clear expectations, clear decision paths. Most friction in teams comes from unspoken expectations and unclear roles. Three effective steps: First, regular short check-ins (10–15 minutes) on priorities and blockers. Second, establish a shared feedback language — describe, don't judge. Third, address conflict early and directly instead of letting it build up. Business communication is a craft — you get better by deliberate practice, not by reading books. Concretely: First, before every important conversation, define the goal in one sentence. Second, listen actively — paraphrase what you understood before you respond. Third, reduce your own contributions to a maximum of three core points. Fourth, ask for feedback, ideally after every larger conversation.

Listening is the most underrated communication skill. Three exercises that work immediately: First, in every conversation, only respond once you can summarise the other person's concern in one sentence. Second, in the first 30 seconds deliberately don't form your own opinion. Third, ask questions that open the «why» behind a statement, instead of echoing the «what». Verbal communication lives from structure and presence. Structurally: core message first, then reasoning, then example. Presence comes from calm breathing, clear eye contact and deliberate pauses — pauses are not a sign of uncertainty, they are a sign of composure. We train both in real settings: client conversations, negotiations, presentations.

Good business writing is short, concrete and action-oriented. Rules of thumb: First, the most important message in the first sentence. Second, one idea per paragraph. Third, active verbs instead of nominalisations («we decide» instead of «a decision is made»). Fourth, end every email with a clear next action — who does what by when.

Technology is an amplifier — it makes good communication more efficient, and bad communication faster bad. Tools like video calls, chat or collaborative documents only help once the fundamentals are in place: clear goals, clear roles, clear expectations.
