Hi, I'm Dominik.
Founder of Sarvon. A trainer shaped by practice, not textbooks. I teach IT and ERP teams what expertise alone can't deliver: communication that works.
I never stopped being a technician — I just learned that projects rarely fail because of software, and almost always because of communication.

A technician at heart
Trained in IT, a degree in business informatics, years in the ERP trenches: I don't talk about your industry — I come from it. That's why my examples still work on Monday morning, in the middle of a project.
Never done learning
Founded my first company at 20, sold it in 2021. Not a single year since without training in communication, negotiation and leadership. Whatever I teach, I apply myself first — in client meetings, in my team, in escalations.
Precision & character
Privately I'm drawn to mechanical watches, cars, good wine and fragrance — things where details make the difference. I build trainings with the same standard: no off-the-shelf programme, but tailor-made work.
